My codes don't match, so I can't link my phoneįor security reasons, too many failed attempts (more than 3) to match the codes on your PC and phone will automatically prevent you from linking your devices. Install Your Phone Companion App Open the Google Play store on your phone and search for Your Phone Companion. Sign in to the mobile app with the same Microsoft account that you signed in to on your PC. To do this, open a web browser on your Android device and then enter the link thats displayed on your PC ( ). If you've started linking your devices from your PC, you'll be asked to scan a QR code during the setup process. Install or open the Link to Windows mobile app on your Android device.
